57 mm Vacuum Nozzle Holders and Custom Nozzles
Connection holders and shaped vacuum nozzles for automated component pickup and programming equipment. Select the nozzle-and-holder combination, the holder alone, or the custom nozzle alone. The photographs show the supplied designs and individual components.
Selection and Supply Scope
- Custom nozzle + holder: a shaped pickup nozzle with a 57 mm high holder and 5 mm mounting bore.
- Holder only: the 57 mm high aluminum connection holder with a 5 mm mounting bore and anti-rotation pin. A nozzle is not included in this option.
- Custom nozzle only: a shaped pickup nozzle. A connection holder is not included. Provide the application dimensions and confirm the nozzle drawing before production.
Group photographs show several parts to illustrate the design and views. They do not establish the package quantity. Custom nozzle dimensions, hole pattern and pickup-face geometry must be confirmed for the application; the photographs are not a universal-fit guarantee.
Holder Dimensions
- Overall height: 57 mm / 2.244 in
- Mounting bore named in the source option: 5 mm / 0.197 in
- Upper outside diameter in the annotated photo: 14 mm / 0.551 in
- Nozzle connection opening in the annotated photo: 7 mm / 0.276 in
The 5 mm mounting bore and 7 mm nozzle connection are different features. The original dimension arrows are retained in the English photograph below. Inch values are converted from millimeters and rounded to three decimal places.
Construction and Integration
The holder photograph identifies an aluminum sleeve and an added anti-rotation pin. The supplied material information lists steel and aluminum for this product family. Check bore diameter, holder height, pin alignment, nozzle interface and the equipment's mounting space before installation. No numeric buffer stroke, vacuum rating, flow rating or tolerance is supplied.
Use and Installation
These components are intended for vacuum pickup mechanisms in automated handling and programming equipment. Isolate the equipment before fitting parts. Align the mechanical interfaces and secure the holder using the equipment's documented mounting procedure. Check free travel, clearance and vacuum sealing before operation. Select the nozzle face to match the component being picked up.
