BOLTTE 45 Steel 8-Bolt Single & Double Disc Diaphragm Couplings
BOLTTE 45 steel 8-bolt diaphragm couplings connect motor and driven shafts in servo, ball-screw, pump and machine transmission assemblies. Single- and double-disc configurations are available with clamp, set-screw, stepped and locking-assembly hub styles.
Configuration guide
- Single-disc series: HJNB, HJSWT, HJSB, HJSTB, HJSZT and HJSYT.
- Double-disc series: HJLWT, HJMB, HJLB, HJLTB and HJLZT.
- Outer diameter, overall length and available bore range are shown in the configuration selector.
- Configurations marked Bore A and Bore B allow different finished bore ranges on the two hubs.
Ordering and installation
- Select the required disc count, hub style, series, outer diameter, length and bore range.
- State the finished bore dimensions for both shafts in the order requirements.
- Confirm shaft tolerances, keyway or clamping requirements, installation clearance and fastener access before ordering.
- Verify torque, speed and permitted axial, angular and parallel misalignment for the application before use.
