Manual vacuum pickup pen kits

Hand-operated pickup tools for electronic components, ICs, chips, LEDs, optical parts and other small workpieces. The soft silicone pen body needs no power supply or batteries. Interchangeable straight and curved tips help reach different working spaces.

Choose your configuration

• Standard Four-Piece Kit: standard non-ESD tips and cups.
• ESD Suction Cup Four-Piece Kit: ESD cups with silver non-ESD tips.
• Fully ESD Four-Piece Kit: ESD cups with black ESD tips.

Each kit includes one pen, one transparent storage case, four tips (two straight and two curved), and four cups (two 3 mm, one medium and one 10 mm). Pen-body dimensions: 13 mm diameter and 72 mm length, excluding the tip. The source drawing labels the medium cup 6 mm; configuration photographs label it 6.5 mm.

Reference pickup loads stated in the source are 3 g, 18 g and 40 g for the 3 mm, 6 mm and 10 mm cups respectively. Holding performance depends on the workpiece and seal. Test suitability before use. No certified ESD resistance value is provided.
