BOLTTE Brass Crossed Helical Gears – Module 1 and 1.5, 10–15 Teeth
Brass crossed helical gears for compact transmission and right-angle motion applications. Select the exact module, tooth count, bore and keyway shown in the technical drawing.
Model options
- Modules 1 and 1.5 with 10–15 teeth
- Bore sizes and keyed bores are identified by the selected model code
- Technical drawings retain step, tooth, overall-thickness and outside-diameter dimensions
- Brass gear body with set-screw bores as shown
Brass crossed helical gears: read bore and keyway suffixes
The brass gear range separates module 1 and 1.5 models. Codes such as M1.5-Z13-B10-K4 include the module, tooth count, bore and an additional keyway designation.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| M1-Z13-B6 | Module 1, 13 teeth and a 6 mm bore in the selected model label. |
| K-labelled models | Confirm the keyway drawing and matching shaft; do not infer unspecified depth or tolerance. |
| Crossed-axis installation | Verify mating helix geometry, centre distance and clearances for the complete transmission. |
Does matching module prove two helical gears will mesh correctly?
No. Check tooth geometry, shaft arrangement and the mating drawing as well. The listing supplies individual components, not an automatically validated gear pair.

Compare the drawings and intended function; these references are not a statement of direct interchangeability.
Selection notes
- Each gear is a single component; verify the mating gear uses the same module.
- Confirm bore, keyway, tooth count, center distance, load and lubrication before assembly.
