500–508 Black-Tip Vacuum Nozzle Replacement Cores, 2 Pieces
Select a two-piece pack of one model from 500 through 508. Each exact source photograph shows two matching black-tip nozzle cores and two loose springs. These are replacement cores, not complete mounting-body nozzle assemblies. The first image shows model 500 as the representative configuration; select a model to see its corresponding photograph.

Construction and Supply Scope
The original photographs show black pickup tips, metal core shafts and separate compression springs. Tip profiles differ by model. The selected two-piece pack comprises two matching cores with the two loose springs shown in that exact photograph. The outer mounting body, reflector disc, locating hardware, holders, adapters and other nozzle models are not included.
Choosing the Correct Core
Compare the exact tip shape, shaft form, opening or locating slot, spring geometry and mating nozzle body before ordering. A 500–508 model number alone does not establish interchangeability among different suppliers or machine series. No universal fit or genuine OEM status is claimed. Confirm the equipment interface and supply configuration against the selected original photograph.
Dimensions and Materials
The separate core source images do not provide shaft diameter, core length, spring dimensions, tip outside diameter or bore measurements. Dimensions from complete-assembly photographs are not substituted as verified core dimensions. Model numbers are identifiers, not millimetre values. Material grades, rubber formulation, coating, ESD resistance, temperature rating, spring force and suction capacity are not independently supplied.
Installation and Maintenance
Isolate the equipment before replacing the core. Retain and inspect the matched mounting body and locating hardware. Keep the core passage, contact tip and spring seats clean. Check spring movement, secure retention and vacuum sealing after assembly. Test pickup and release with the actual workpiece before production. Do not force incompatible cores into the holder; replace worn or damaged tips and springs.
Original Model Photographs
All nine selected models retain their original core and spring photographs without geometry reconstruction or resampling. Chinese captions are translated into English. Complete black-body assemblies with unresolved overlap, generic custom-tip photographs and differently labeled material options are omitted from this listing.
