Plastic Bulkhead Connector Nuts, M6 and M8, 10-Piece and 2-Piece Packs

Plastic Bulkhead Connector Nuts

Select a pack of M6 or M8 hex nuts, or a two-piece pack of translucent M8 star-shaped nuts. These options contain nuts only. Bulkhead connector bodies, tubing, washers and sealing rings are not included. The displayed selling price applies to one complete selected pack, not one individual nut.

Available Models and Original Reference Values

Pack Quantities

• M6 white hex nuts: 10 pieces per order unit.
• M6 black hex nuts: 10 pieces per order unit.
• M8 white hex nuts: 10 pieces per order unit.
• M8 translucent star-shaped nuts: 2 pieces per order unit.

For a 10-piece option, order quantity 1 means 10 nuts and quantity 2 means 20 nuts. For the star-shaped option, quantity 1 means 2 nuts and quantity 2 means 4 nuts. Colours, shapes and pack counts are selected separately.

M6 Hex-Nut Profiles

The white M6 original drawing shows 10 and 11.4 mm outside-profile values, a 5.1 mm opening callout and 5 mm thickness. The black M6 drawing shows 11.4 and 10 mm outside-profile values, a 5 mm opening callout and 5 mm thickness. Follow the original arrows; the opening measurement is not a replacement for the nominal M6 thread designation.

M8 Hex and Star Profiles

The white M8 hex nut drawing shows 14.5 and 12.7 mm outside-profile values, a 6.6 mm opening and 6.5 mm thickness. The translucent M8 star nut original image shows a 17.8 mm outside profile and 6.8 mm opening. Star-nut thickness and thread pitch are not supplied. The M8 designation is taken from the source option rather than inferred from the opening measurement.

Material and Fit

These selected source options describe plastic nuts without an exact polymer or resin grade. They are not assigned nylon or PP from the separately listed black-M8 or fitting-body options. Confirm the actual mating thread, available wall/panel clearance, required nut profile and retention arrangement. M6 and M8 are different thread sizes and are not interchangeable. The source does not specify thread pitch, tightening torque, load rating or compatibility with every bulkhead fitting.

Operating Conditions

No tested temperature range, chemical resistance, pressure-sealing performance, medical, sterile or food-contact certification is supplied. A nut alone is not a fluid seal; any required washer or sealing ring must be specified separately. Black colour does not establish UV or light-blocking performance. Original images show one representative nut; each order unit contains the selected pack quantity stated above.

Original Product Images

The model images preserve original photographs or supplier technical drawings without redrawing or invented geometry. Where shown, original metric values, arrows and dimension lines remain unchanged. Additional reference values are transcribed from corresponding original drawings. Inch equivalents are approximate and rounded to three decimals. Any final family photograph shows assorted examples only, not kit contents, a scale comparison or specifications for unlisted models.
