BOLTTE SCSP Two-Piece Split Shaft Collars - 3-60 mm Bore
BOLTTE SCSP Two-Piece Split Shaft Collars - 3-60 mm Bore
BOLTTE SCSP two-piece split shaft collars use an aluminum-alloy clamping body for shaft positioning, spacing and component retention. Select the exact model by bore, outer diameter and width.
Model selection
- Model range: SCSP3 to SCSP60.
- Bore range: 3 mm to 60 mm.
- Outer diameter range: 16 mm to 95 mm.
- Width range: 8 mm to 22 mm.
- Each model card identifies the exact bore, outer diameter and width.
SCSP split collars: bore, envelope and retention duty
Select the SCSP bore to match the shaft, then check outside diameter and width against the available space. These collars position or retain components; they are not shaft-to-shaft couplings.
| Selection detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| SCSP10 | Listed as a 10 mm bore, 30 mm outside diameter and 10 mm width. |
| SCSP12 | The same listed outside diameter and width, but a different 12 mm bore. |
| Retention requirement | Confirm shaft tolerance, surface condition, axial load and tightening requirements. |
Does the collar size specify an allowable axial load?
No load rating should be inferred from dimensions alone. Obtain appropriate clamping and load information for the selected shaft and installation.

Ordering requirements
- Select the model that matches the shaft diameter.
- Verify the available radial and axial installation space against the listed outer diameter and width.
- If a keyway or other machining is required, state the dimensions separately in Order requirements.
- Confirm shaft tolerance, surface condition, axial load, clamp clearance and tightening requirements before installation.
The product image represents the SCSP family. The selected dimensions follow the chosen model. Verify all mating dimensions before use.
