Pneumatic Exhaust Silencers and Threaded Plugs
Select from flat-head SLM and long-body BSL metal silencers, blue or black plastic silencers, threaded plugs and additional AN/BZ models. Each option is sold separately, not as a mixed set.
Styles and connections
SLM flat-head: M5 x 0.8, PT 1/8, PT 1/4, PT 3/8 and PT 1/2.
BSL long-body: M5 x 0.8 and PT 1/8 through PT 3/4.
Plastic silencers: blue or black; PT 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and 3/4. PT 1/4 has separate standard and extended-body options.
Threaded plugs: M5 and nominal 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch sizes. The plug thread standard and material grade are not specified in the source; verify compatibility before ordering.
Additional model options: AN20-02 resin silencer, AN05-M5 and BZ02. Detailed ratings are not specified for these three models. Black plastic options, AN05-M5 and BZ02 use clearly labeled model identification cards. These cards are not product photographs; select the exact connection and standard or extended body as applicable.
Supplier-stated silencer specifications
The following ratings apply only to the illustrated SLM/BSL and blue/black plastic silencers, not to the plugs or AN/BZ models.
Noise reduction at 0.5 MPa: 13 dB for SLM/BSL metal styles; 25 dB for plastic styles. Actual results depend on airflow and installation.
Pressure range: 0 to 1.0 MPa.
Temperature range: -20 to 70 degrees C.
SLM/BSL material is described by the supplier as partial copper construction; exact alloy and composition are not stated. Plastic styles have a plastic housing.
Vacuum reference is printed as -750 mmHg (10 Torr). These figures use different gauge/absolute conventions; confirm the pressure reference for your application.
Dimension reference
All dimensions below are in mm, transcribed from the model images. Across flats and across corners are different measurements. Values are supplier references, not guaranteed tolerances. Approximate thread outside diameters on images are identification aids, not substitutes for checking thread pitch and standard. PT is not NPT.

Selection and installation
Match the style, connection, dimensions and available exhaust flow to your equipment. A solid threaded plug blocks a port and is not an exhaust silencer; do not substitute a plug where free exhaust or pressure relief is required. Isolate and depressurize pneumatic equipment before installation or servicing. Select a model to view its matching image.

Material, thread finish and construction
Metal plugs: the supplier describes selected metal material with corrosion resistance, hardness and toughness. Exact alloy, grade and service suitability are not specified; verify these for the intended environment.
Defined threads: the source describes clear, smooth threads and a burr-free finish. Match the thread standard and size before installation.
Porous noise-reducing element: illustrated metal silencers contain a fine porous element intended to reduce compressed-air exhaust noise. Noise is not guaranteed to be eliminated.
One-piece plastic housing: the source describes an integrated plastic body for durability and sealing. No quantified service-life or seal-performance rating is supplied.
Supplier model-code guide
PSL – 01: PSL identifies the illustrated plastic silencer family; the numeric suffix identifies the nominal thread connection. This reference does not rename the purchasing options.

Additional supplier connection chart
The long-body and flat-head columns in this illustration both list M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2. Its accompanying approximate diameter references are:

Thread-reference caution: this additional illustration uses G labels, while the listed SLM/BSL and plastic purchase options use PT labels. G and PT are not interchangeable designations. The two supplier charts also give different approximate diameters. Neither chart overrides the selected variant or establishes fit. Confirm actual thread standard, pitch and mating-port dimensions before ordering.

Metal plugs close a port; they are not exhaust silencers. Do not block an exhaust or pressure-relief path that must remain open.
