BOLTTE NL Series 45 Steel Gear Couplings and Nylon Sleeves - 55-174 mm OD

NL series gear couplings combine 45 steel hubs with a replaceable nylon internal-tooth sleeve. Complete coupling assemblies and replacement sleeves are available in the model options.

Available options

• Complete couplings: NL2 through NL9, with 55-174 mm outside diameters and model-specific bore ranges.
• Replacement nylon sleeves: model-specific outside diameters and tooth counts.
• Material: 45 steel hubs with a nylon coupling sleeve.

Ordering notes

• Select a complete coupling or replacement sleeve and verify the outside diameter, bore range and tooth count shown in the option name.
• For complete couplings, state the required finished bore and any keyway requirements in the order notes.
• Confirm shaft fit, torque, speed, alignment and operating conditions before ordering.
