Dual-Cup Manual Vacuum Pickup Tools
Hand-operated oval-bulb tools with two suction cups for handling smooth glass, optical lenses, LCD panels and screen-printed covers. Choose the short LY-105 or long LY-147 frame and the required cup diameter. The supplied photographs show black silicone bulbs and black cups; each selected configuration is sold separately, not as the entire pictured group.
Dimensions and Model Selection
| Configuration | Short | Long |
|---|---|---|
| Source series | LY-105 | LY-147 |
| Crossbar span | 105 mm | 147 mm |
| Marked inner span | 66 mm | 103 mm |
| Bulb dimensions | 38 mm wide, 70 mm high | 38 mm wide, 70 mm high |
| Standard cup diameters | 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 mm | 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50 mm |
| Double-layer option | 40 mm | 40 mm |
The dimension lines below show the exact marked measurement locations; the 70 mm value is the bulb height, not the complete tool height. Individual configuration photographs are available in the product gallery. Select the correct frame length, cup diameter and cup layer.
The short 20 mm source photograph has an inconsistent printed suffix, LY-105-25, although its cup measurement and workbook option both say 20 mm. It is therefore identified by the supplied configuration, Short / 20 mm, rather than repeating that inconsistent suffix.
Real Product Views
Several cup sizes are available, and the supplier describes the suction cups as replaceable. These real photographs show the different cup sizes and frame views.
Silicone Construction and Surface Contact
The supplier describes specially processed silicone rubber with an easy-clean, durable, anti-static and non-marking design. The bulb has a matte surface intended for a comfortable hand grip. These are supplier descriptions, not independently tested material-origin, ESD or non-marking certifications. Check suitability on the actual workpiece and follow your ESD-control procedure for sensitive components.
Applications and Holding Reference
The supplied application photograph shows a hand-held tool handling a smooth glass phone cover. Supplier-listed applications include lenses and optical components, printed screens, phone screens, optical assembly, IC and CPU assembly, surface-mount assembly, silicon wafers, crystals, acrylic and ceramic parts. These applications depend on suitable smooth sealing surfaces and do not establish compatibility with every part or device.
The supplier states a maximum holding reference of up to 1 kg but does not give test conditions or a model-by-model load table. This is not a guaranteed safe working load. Actual grip depends on cup size, surface condition and sealing contact; verify a secure grip before moving a workpiece.
How to Use
- Place both cups on a clean, smooth surface.
- The supplier describes pickup by pressing the tool gently downward to establish sealing contact, without needing to pinch the bulb during pickup.
- Check that both cups grip securely before lifting and moving the workpiece.
- To release the workpiece, squeeze the bulb gently to expel air and release the vacuum contact.
Drawing-Based Custom Option
A separate source-listed option allows two, three, four or more cups based on a supplied drawing. No matching photograph, fixed dimensions or completed configuration was supplied for this custom option. The standard dual-cup family photographs and dimensions do not represent a confirmed custom design. Provide the drawing and required dimensions and confirm the configuration before ordering.
