Ceramic and Steel-Tip Spring-Loaded SMT Vacuum Pickup Nozzles

Select an exact tip geometry from the original product photographs. The green-collar assemblies have a metal mounting base, spring and the selected pickup tip. The clean first image is the representative ceramic 1.5 mm outside-diameter, 0.9 mm bore configuration. It does not show every available model or establish a two-piece pack.

Round and Shaped Tips

The ceramic options comprise 1.5 x 1.5 mm / 0.059 x 0.059 in and 1.6 x 1.2 mm / 0.063 x 0.047 in shaped tips, and round outside diameter 1.5 mm / 0.059 in. The selected bore is essential: the 1.5 mm ceramic configurations have either a 0.7 or 0.9 mm / 0.028 or 0.035 in bore. The steel-tip options have 1.5, 3.8, 4.8 or 5.8 mm outside diameters and the individually listed 0.8 or 3.2 mm bores. Do not substitute the standard 500–508 series dimensions for these separately photographed configurations.

Native Dimension Drawings

The 1.6 x 1.2 mm ceramic-tip photograph marks overall height 31.7 mm / 1.248 in, a 3.5 mm / 0.138 in upper tip-body segment diameter, a 6 mm / 0.236 in tip segment and two 2 mm / 0.079 in axial segments. The 1.5 mm OD / 0.7 mm bore ceramic photograph marks overall height 31 mm / 1.220 in and tip height 7.9 mm / 0.311 in. The steel 1.5 mm OD / 0.8 mm bore image marks tip height 6 mm / 0.236 in. Keep those dimensions with their exact selected model; unspecified dimensions are not extrapolated to other tips. Original front-view insets, arrows and product pixels are retained.

Material and Equipment Matching

Ceramic or steel tip identification follows the selected source row. Specific steel alloy, ceramic formulation, hardness, ESD resistance, temperature rating, spring force and pickup capacity are not supplied. The green collar and metal base are shown as original assembly features. Compare the mounting base, spring, retaining and locating features, tip shape, outside dimensions and vacuum bore against the actual equipment. No genuine OEM origin or universal machine compatibility is claimed.

Supply Scope

Order the selected photographed nozzle configuration. Two matching objects in a photograph show alternate views and do not establish a two-piece quantity. Separate holders, nozzle cores, springs as spare packs, the standard 500–508 assemblies and unrelated custom-tip families are not included. Confirm the mating equipment interface before ordering; dimensional conversions are not manufacturing tolerances.

Installation and Maintenance

Isolate equipment before replacement. Check seating and retention, keep the vacuum bore and contact face clean, inspect the spring and sealing surfaces, and avoid impacts on slender or shaped ceramic tips. Verify pickup, retention and release with the actual component before production. Do not force a nozzle into an incompatible mounting head.

Original Model Photographs

The following eight panels retain the original photographs and dimensional leaders without product reconstruction or resizing. Chinese captions are translated into English and inch values are calculated at 25.4 mm per inch to three decimal places. Marketplace claims, supplier branding, generic option photographs and conflicting material labels are omitted.
