These polyurethane-coated rollers mount on a driven shaft through a central bore. The red 50 Shore A PU working surface provides a compliant contact layer, while the metal core and exposed end hubs support the roller. Radial fixing holes are shown on the original model drawings and photographs. This family is intended for suitable conveying, guiding, feeding and labeling-machine drive arrangements.

Choose the Correct Model

The model card identifies D (finished outside diameter), W (PU face width), L (overall metal-end-to-end length), and the shaft bore. All original drawing dimensions are in millimetres; calculated inch references use 25.4 mm per inch. Match all four dimensions, the actual fixing-hole pattern and machine clearances before ordering. A long roller and a short roller can share the same diameter but require different mounting space.

The public model names follow the original dimension cards, which use ADK-D; the source spreadsheet uses ACC references. The 30 mm diameter ×25 mm face model is shown as L41 mm on both its drawing and original model label, and is listed as L41 here. Do not use the conflicting L51 spreadsheet wording as a mounting dimension.

The separate custom-size/bore selection is USD30.00. It has no fixed finished dimensions in the source. Send a drawing and confirm the scope and final requirements before ordering that selection; its displayed amount does not define every custom configuration.

How the Roller Is Used

A compatible driven shaft transfers rotation to the roller through the confirmed shaft-fixing arrangement. Its PU face contacts the belt or workpiece in the machine. The bore and radial hub holes must match the intended shaft and fixing method; the roller is not a motor or a complete conveyor. The source does not establish a universal load, speed, torque, concentricity, temperature or chemical-resistance rating, so obtain the requirements for the actual duty.

Installation and Selection Checklist

1. Confirm D, coated face width W, overall length L, bore, shaft diameter and the exact selected model drawing.
2. Confirm hub projection, radial-hole/thread details, fixing hardware, shaft support and clearance. Do not copy one diameter family's thread dimensions to another.
3. Verify contact load, line speed, required drive torque, balance/alignment and PU compatibility with temperature, chemicals and the material being handled.
4. Fit the roller without damaging the PU face or distorting the bore. Use the confirmed fastening method and hardware specification; no tightening torque is invented here.
5. Test in the machine under controlled conditions, checking runout, traction, tracking and heat. Isolate the machine before installation, inspection or cleaning.
