Vacuum Nozzle Connection Sleeves and M6 Connector

The sleeve nozzle-side connection is 7 mm / 0.276 in. These are individual components, not complete pickup systems or a kit.

Interfaces and Dimensions
Select material, total height, bore diameter or M5 female thread, and the locating-pin option where specified. Retaining features, seal locations, insertion depths and outside diameters differ between sizes. Read the exact selected photograph rather than applying the dimensions of one sleeve to another. The H78 brass long sleeve shows a 17 mm head section, 14 mm head diameter and 10 mm stem diameter. The M6 male connector shows 23.5 mm total height, a 10 mm threaded section and a separately marked 12.5 mm lower section; do not treat those separate feature dimensions as a sum defining overall height.
Inches use 25.4 mm per inch and three decimal places. M5 and M6 remain metric thread names. Thread pitch, tolerance class, actual measured fit and vacuum sealing requirements must be confirmed against mating parts. A 7 mm nozzle connection is not interchangeable with a visually similar 5 or 6 mm connection.
Material and Treatment
Material follows the selected source option. Brass refers to the source copper-alloy sleeve; no exact alloy grade is supplied. The treated H27 aluminum option has a dark finish and is described by the supplier as treated/hardened, but no coating process, measured hardness or wear rating is provided. Sealing-ring material is not specified. Images of multiple components show different views or assembly context, not package quantity.
Selection and Installation
Compare the nozzle connection, bore or threaded interface, total height, head and body diameters, bore depth, locating-pin position, side holes and installation clearance to your equipment. Isolate equipment before replacement. Inspect sealing surfaces and retention features, keep the vacuum passage clean and check secure retention and actual pickup/release operation before production. Similar appearance is not evidence of universal machine compatibility.
Supply Scope
One selected sleeve or connector configuration is supplied. Pickup nozzles, independent holders, air fittings, shafts, motors and machines are not included. The source range photographs include other sizes for context and are not exact-model proof. Existing equivalent configurations, options with conflicting dimensions, unspecified assembled nozzle/fitting combinations, machining add-ons and generic custom rows are not offered here. Manufacturer names in supplier material do not establish genuine OEM manufacture.
