LY-936-3 Oval Manual Vacuum Pickup Pen Kits

A compact, squeeze-operated silicone pickup pen for handling small components with a suitable smooth, non-porous contact surface. The oval bulb creates suction manually: no external vacuum supply or electrical power is required.

Choose one cup size. Each option includes one pen, three cups of the selected size and one storage case. The family photographs show different options; all nine kits are not included together.

The supplier quotes a 10–600 g pickup range for the family, not a tested load rating for every cup size. Holding ability depends on cup size, seal, surface, orientation and handling. Test the grip before lifting; do not use it for safety-critical lifting.

Actual kit configurations

The supplied photographs below show the individual size kits, including their cups and cases. Small 1 mm and 2 mm tips differ in appearance from the larger flat cups.

How to use

1. Select a suitable cup and check that the contact surface is clean, smooth and non-porous.
2. Squeeze the bulb, place the cup against the object, then release your grip on the bulb to create suction.
3. Confirm a secure seal and move the object gently.
4. Support the object at its destination and squeeze the bulb again to release it.

Source examples include PCB and electronic-component assembly, CPU handling, optical lenses, LED components and phone/display work. Select the cup and handling method for the actual part. Supplied application images are illustrative and do not establish a load rating, ESD qualification or compatibility with every component.

Keep the cups clean and inspect them for wear. An uneven, porous or contaminated surface can prevent a reliable seal.
