Custom CNC Machining Services — Metal & Plastic Parts
BOLTTE provides custom CNC machining services and drawing-based quotations for non-standard machined parts and custom gears in stainless steel, steel, iron, aluminum, copper, plastics, nylon and PTFE. Send your drawing, material grade and quantity so we can review the project and prepare a part-specific quotation.
Not a standard catalogue part: every order is defined by the approved drawing and written requirements. The images on this page are references, not a ready-to-ship set or a specification for delivery.
Materials for Your Custom Project
- Stainless steel: specify the required grade and any application or surface-finish requirements.
- Steel: specify the grade, strength requirements and any heat treatment to be reviewed.
- Iron: identify the exact material grade and required condition rather than using a general material name.
- Aluminum: provide the alloy and any coating, color or surface-finish requirements.
- Copper: provide the copper grade and any electrical, thermal or application requirements relevant to your drawing.
- Plastics: specify the polymer, grade and application requirements. Material suitability and machining feasibility are reviewed for your drawing.
- Nylon: provide the required nylon grade, dimensions, tolerances and finish requirements.
- PTFE (Teflon): specify the required PTFE grade, dimensions, tolerances and application requirements.
Material availability, manufacturing feasibility and any requested documents are confirmed during quotation. Material appearance alone does not establish a grade or performance specification.
Plastic CNC Machining: Nylon & PTFE Parts
For custom nylon parts and PTFE machined parts, send the exact material grade, drawing revision, dimensions, tolerances and quantity. Identify any critical fits, surface-finish requirements and intended application. We review material suitability and machining feasibility before confirming the quotation.
CNC Machined Components & Custom Gears
- CNC turning services: shafts, sleeves, bushings, spacers and other drawing-defined cylindrical parts.
- Custom CNC milling: plates, brackets, blocks, housings, mounting parts and fixtures.
- Custom gear manufacturing: gears and related transmission components reviewed against your drawing and operating requirements.
- Machined features: holes, threads, pockets, slots, steps and other specified geometry.
- Replacement parts: non-standard components made to an approved specification, not identified by appearance alone.
What We Need for a Gear Quotation
Please provide the gear drawing and type, module or diametral pitch, tooth count, pressure angle, face width, bore, keyway or other mounting features, material and quantity. Include helix angle or mating-part information where applicable, plus any heat-treatment, accuracy, backlash or inspection requirements.
If some parameters are unknown, tell us what information you have. Additional measurements or a complete drawing may be required before feasibility and pricing can be confirmed.

- Drawing or model: a dimensioned PDF drawing and, where available, a STEP, DWG or DXF file. Identify the drawing revision and units.
- Material: required material and grade, with any heat-treatment requirements.
- Quantity: required quantity for each part number, and any anticipated repeat orders.
- Critical dimensions: tolerances, datums, threads, fits and surface roughness. Clearly mark functional or inspection-critical features.
- Finish: any requested coating, color or surface treatment, for feasibility review.
- Delivery and documents: destination, requested delivery date and any inspection reports or material documentation required for review.
For gears, also include the gear-specific parameters above. If you only have photographs or a sample, contact us first to discuss the drawings and measurements needed. A photograph alone is not sufficient to approve production dimensions.

Price on request. Cost depends on material, dimensions, geometry, machining complexity, tolerances, finish and quantity. Minimum order: 1 piece. We accept single-piece custom parts and small-batch CNC machining orders. Production lead time, shipping charges and payment terms are confirmed in the written quotation; no fixed delivery time is promised.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you quote both metal and plastic parts?
Yes. We review projects in stainless steel, steel, iron, aluminum, copper, plastics, nylon and PTFE. Send the exact material grade, drawing and quantity. Availability and machining feasibility are confirmed for each specific part during quotation.
Can I request custom gears as well as CNC parts?
Yes. Include the gear drawing and relevant tooth, bore, material and accuracy requirements. Gear production is subject to review of the complete specification.
Can you quote from a photograph or sample?
A photograph or sample can help start the discussion, but additional measurements or an approved dimensioned drawing may be needed. We do not infer production dimensions from an image alone.
Do you accept one-piece and small-batch orders?
Yes. Minimum order starts at 1 piece, and small-batch orders are welcome. Send your drawing, material grade and quantity for each part. Machining feasibility, price and lead time are confirmed in the written quotation.
What should I check before approving production?
Check the drawing revision, units, dimensions, tolerances, material grade, quantity, finish and inspection requirements. Approve the final specifications and commercial terms in writing.
Custom-Made Products & Return Conditions
Custom-made items are produced to the approved drawing and written specifications. Returns are not accepted for non-quality reasons, including change of mind or customer-approved specification errors. Please check all requirements carefully before approving production.
If an item is incorrect, defective or damaged on arrival, contact BOLTTE with your order number and supporting photographs so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. This does not limit applicable statutory rights.
