GR-A and GR-CH Pneumatic Sprue Grippers
Single-acting grippers for robot end-of-arm tooling and injection-molding sprue handling. Choose standard toothed jaws, extended or wider jaw configurations, blue silicone-padded jaws, or GR-CH models supplied with magnetic sensing hardware.
Construction and operation
- Aluminum alloy cylinder body with thickened construction.
- Defined tooth and groove patterns support stable gripping.
- Integrated cylinder and jaw assembly for smooth movement.
- Self-lubricating rubber seals reduce friction. Listed working temperature: 0–50 °C.
- Gripping range: 5–20 mm. Single-air actuation. Air or mixed gas medium.
- M17 mounting thread. The illustrated PC6-01 fitting accepts 6 mm tubing; its illustrated thread diameter is 9.7 mm.

Injection-molding robot tooling, sprue pickup, and component-handling fixtures. Before installation, verify jaw style, grip range, mounting dimensions, air supply and sensor compatibility with your machine. Mounting bases and connecting rods are not included in this gripper listing.
