The F-type blowing nozzle is made of ABS plastic or aluminum alloy.
The nozzle is designed with multiple cylindrical jet holes, and the air is blown out to form fan-shaped air flow.
The internal structure design of the nozzle is in accordance with the aerodynamic principle, which effectively reduces the air resistance during operation, and ensures that the blowing nozzle can obtain high airflow impulse while reducing the working noise and air consumption.
F-type blowing nozzle is suitable for 1/4-inch BSPT external thread connector, and is designed with two positioning holes (ABS nozzle) to facilitate the side-by-side installation of nozzles.
The combined air knife formed by the F-type blowing nozzle can produce effective air curtain.
The air pressure of F-type plastic blowing nozzle is 7 bar, and the temperature resistance can reach 77 ℃ under this pressure.
F-type aluminum alloy blowing nozzle can withstand about 30 bar air pressure and 250 ℃ high temperature.
Application scope: workpiece cooling, workpiece surface, part surface washing, material movement, workpiece surface drying.
