Functional features
It can achieve high-precision area detection, distinguish between large and small objects, perform deviation correction detection, blanking detection, and pipeline piece marking detection.
It can detect irregular, transparent, non-transparent, film and other objects, and can also detect objects falling and counting, and distinguish object sizes by setting values (greater than the set value for detection, less than no detection).
With visible red light, uniform light output, accurate detection, the smallest can detect φ 0.5MM objects, can detect swinging objects, hollow objects, etc.
Automatic compensation for dust and oil caused by numerical changes, stable performance.

Power supply and output: DC 12-24V power supply, output mode is NPN, PNP, normally open and normally closed. ESR-23N response time is 50μs, ESR-22N response time is 80μs. Some can be matched with analog output 0-5V. Consumption current is less than 30mA, no load current is 12mA, maximum load current is 100mA.
Detection mode: Both ESR-23N and ESR-22N have delay mode/zone mode, and ESR-23N's 23N has automatic bias compensation function.
Detection distance: ESR-23N reflection 700MM, beam 1600MM; ESR-22N reflection 500MM, beam 1500MM.
Size related: ESR-23N size is 781127MM, screen size 8MM32MM; ESR-22N size is 7310.527MM, screen size 7MM30.5MM. The cable length of various models is mostly 2 meters.
